Dynamic Audiences integrates directly with clients\u2019 MMP, allowing us to update the audience in real-time to continuously add freshly churned users without delay and suppress segments of users who returned organically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within a short time, our algorithm identified which user segments would click the ad and re-engage in the app. This <strong>basic targeting model<\/strong>, which focuses on audience segments that have a higher probability of being re-attributed, allowed for gradual campaign scaling while significantly reducing the CPA (cost per first purchase after re-attribution).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the learning progressed, our algorithm was able to <strong>classify users into three groups<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Users who had a high probability of returning to play the game and making a first purchase after re-attribution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users who had a high probability of returning to FC\u2122 Mobile but wouldn\u2019t make purchases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users who wouldn\u2019t re-engage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we gathered enough data to safely predict which group a given user belonged to based on multiple factors, our algorithm designed a <strong>custom targeting model<\/strong>. This allowed for a massive campaign scaling while targeting audience segments and significantly reducing the cost per first purchase after re-attribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Campaign results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Campaign scaling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Within five weeks of starting the campaign, as the learning progressed and we focused on a more engaged audience, we were able to increase the <strong>re-attribution volume by 60%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The FIFA World Cup 2022\u2122 promo campaign allowed for a massive additional scaling by 290% vs. week 1. <\/strong>Despite a decrease in scale straight after the campaign was over, we managed to scale the campaign by an extra 270%, proving the effectiveness and success of our processes. <strong>This means we reached an impressive 560% overall campaign scaling.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Nexon-FIFA-Mobile-Reinstalls-and-Re-attributions.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"692\" height=\"351\" src=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Nexon-FIFA-Mobile-Reinstalls-and-Re-attributions.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3137\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Target action conversion rate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With the first purchase after re-attribution being a target action and its cost being a KPI, our proprietary algorithm focused on the audience segments who clicked the ad, opened or re-installed the app, and eventually performed the target action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-10 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:70%\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/First-purchase-event-after-re-attribution-CVR.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"724\" height=\"459\" src=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/First-purchase-event-after-re-attribution-CVR.png\" alt=\"First purchase event after re-attribution CVR case study programmatic\" class=\"wp-image-3139\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">As the targeting models kept improving, we were able to double the target action conversion rate by the end of month 2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>FIFA World Cup 2022\u2122 \u0441ampaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to focusing on the audience based on the IAP (in-app purchases) KPI, our programmatic bidder was able to distinguish and retarget highly engaged users who would make their <strong>first purchase after re-attribution and continue making purchases within the app.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During months 2 and 3, the scale was significantly increased due to the FIFA World Cup 2022\u2122 campaign and our bidder adjusted the bidding strategy to acquire users based on predicted value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-13 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Throughout the special promotion, the eCPM increased 5.1x while the cost per revenue event drastically decreased by 83% compared to month 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:70%\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/FIFA-Worldcup-campaign-2023-programmatic-user-acquisition.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"662\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/FIFA-Worldcup-campaign-2023-programmatic-user-acquisition.png\" alt=\"FIFA Worldcup campaign 2023 programmatic user acquisition\" class=\"wp-image-3140\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\" style=\"font-size:16px\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"830\" height=\"369\" class=\"wp-image-3141\" style=\"width: 350px;\" src=\"https:\/\/persona.ly\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Nexon-UA-team-1.png\" alt=\"Nexon UA team\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe find Persona.ly to be a reliable DSP for running re-attribution campaigns.
